DESTWIN Network Architecture

The DESTWIN Network Architecture is designed to meet the requirements of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCIDSS). This set of standards is used by the credit card industry as a guide for the design and management of systems that process, store, and transmit credit card information, and is based on the current Best Practices for building secure networks. By building the DESTWIN network to meet the PCIDSS standards, DESTWIN insures that all customer data is secure.

DESTWIN systems are designed to reliably maintain data. Primary servers use RAID disk arrays to protect against disk failures, and mutiple backups of data are maintained, both onsite and offsite. In addition to regular snapshot backups, databases are replicated to other database servers that function as hot spares to allow for high system availabilty.

Here is a PDF file with a schematic overview of the DESTWIN network infrastructure.
